Embodied writing is central to my work as a Writer, Researcher and Educator.
I believe writing is one of the most powerful things a human being can do — not because of grammar or craft, but because of what happens when we slow down, put pen to page, and let what we have been carrying finally speak. My work brings together creative writing, embodied practice, and over 20 years of research and teaching to create spaces where that kind of writing becomes possible — for exhausted women ready to return to themselves, for educators who want to teach from a deeper place, and for researchers and academics who have lost — or never quite found — their writing voice.
This is not about writing better. It is about knowing yourself more fully.

You have been holding so much, for so long. This is a space to put it down — through writing, movement, and the simple act of returning to yourself.

You became a teacher because you believed in the transformative power of learning. This is an invitation to experience that transformation yourself — and carry it back into your classroom.

You have spent years giving your words to institutions, journals, and other people's questions. This is a space to write for yourself — and remember why you fell in love with ideas in the first place.
